LuXocial HQ is the content planning and publishing platform of LuXocial, a video marketing agency. It is used by LuXocial's team and by LuXocial's business clients to plan, approve, schedule and publish videos to their own social accounts.
Use of the service
- By connecting a social account you allow LuXocial to publish, on that account, the content you approved, at the times agreed with you.
- You confirm you own or manage the accounts you connect and have the rights to the content published through HQ.
- Each platform's own terms and community guidelines continue to apply to everything published.
- HQ uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- HQ uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. Content published to TikTok is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service, the Music Usage Confirmation and, for commercial content, the Branded Content Policy. Nothing is posted to your TikTok account unless you confirmed that post in HQ.
Who can use HQ
HQ is for business use only, by LuXocial's team and LuXocial's business clients. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect any account at any time from HQ or from the platform's connected-apps settings. Scheduled posts for a disconnected account are not published.
Liability
HQ is provided as part of LuXocial's services. LuXocial is not responsible for outages or changes of the social platforms themselves.
